AURORA PUBLISHER
 
A project for a new publisher: new logo and a new identity for a special edition of three Portugal's finest literature writers.

The author's:

Luiz Pacheco was a writer, publisher, polemicist and literary critic. Tall, thin and skinny, bald, wearing eyeglasses with thick lenses, dressing second-hand clothes, hypersensitive to alcohol, hypochondriac, cynical but honest, libertine and don ruan.

Ana Hatherly is a teacher, writer and a portuguese artist who transforms words into images.

Gonçalo M. Tavares is the well behaved boy of portuguese literature. He published his first work in 2001 and since then has been awarded several important prizes. His books have been published in more than 30 countries and the book "Jerusalem" has been included in the european edition of 1001 books to read before you die - a guide of the most important novels of all times.

Aurora's symbol refers to an interpretation of aurora borealis's image.
The creation of the patterns for each book was the result of minimal line with only two colors, taking into account also the style of the target audience that consumes portuguese literature.
